Breakfast pastry rolls July 16, 2012

This one’s very easy.

Thaw and open your pastry sheets. Cut strips of the same length as your sausages. Brush with egg wash and seasoning mix (i used basil pesto) Place your turkey links or sausages along one edge, or on the two shorter sides. Then roll so that each sausage is covered by the sheet at least once. Fold in shredded cheese if you want! Or mozzarella pearls and tomato dices.

Once it’s tight! Slice into half- 3/4 inch discs. Bake in a preheated (400F) oven on a greased sheet for 12-15 min or until golden.

To add eggs scramble and fold before baking. To add potatoes, dice into small pieces, Fry or bake and then add to pastry.
