1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup peanut butter
Mix, knead and roll out until smooth and 1/4″ thick, then cut with your favorite small-ish cookie cutter. Preheat oven to 375F and bake on a greased sheet for 12-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them and turn in between because these burn easy.
Good thing is they dont blow up in size too much, so you can do many at a time, without leaving much gap in between. But don’t overlap them. The dough rises well and gets a good crunch. As I said Brownie approved as did all the shelter dogs we went and met on Sunday.
