Peanut Butter Frosting July 2, 2015


Sounds simple enough but believe me it’s even yummier and even simpler.

Soften 1/8 cup butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter at room temperature and blend with a fork, then add 1/4 confectioner’s sugar and keep beating until smooth and shiny. This will easily frost 6 cupcakes.

If you want to make more, just use the ratio 2:1:2 of peanut butter, butter and confectioner’s sugar.
