Pastry Sheet Pizza December 17, 2011


Flaky. Fifteen minutes. wei’s Favorite… and as Mom would say pure Fakibaji.

Unwrap Pepperidge farm pastry sheets. Prick holes around the edge with a fork (I pre-cut sheet into 6 or 9 pieces and place them together) and also make some holes in the middle.

Make a paste with cheese, garlic and pepper (or any other dry herb/ spices you want, I use Laughing Cow Light Chipotle cheese)

Baste the pricked sheets with your delicious cheese mix then bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile chop some tomatoes and cooked chicken (I used Tyson’s grilled

chicken strips) into quarter cubes. Layer them on along with some fresh
mozzarella pearls.

Then bake for another 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or cilantro

or just go chomp chomp 🙂
